The City of Albany will begin the next phase of Memorial Park improvements with the installation of path lighting in the southeast area of the park. The path lighting design is based on the Parks, Recreation & Open Space (PROS) Master Plan. The project will improve lighting and safety in pedestrian areas.
Construction will begin on July 7. Please heed any construction signage in the area. This project is made possible by the Prop 68 Recreational Infrastructure Revenue Enhancement grant program.
