New Capital Improvement Plan Adopted

On July 7, the Albany City Council adopted a new five-year plan to serve as a roadmap and budget for capital improvements in Albany.

The Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Plan includes investment into core programmatic work to renew key City assets, including streets, sidewalks, sewers, storm drains, parks, and City buildings. The CIP Plan also includes over 40 standalone projects to provide enhancements and plan for future efforts throughout the City.
