On Monday, December 1st from 6-7 p.m. at City Hall (1000 San Pablo Avenue), come participate and share your opinions with City Council on tenant protection measures. This study session is intended to provide the public with an opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions on the value of local anti-harassment, just cause for eviction, and/or rent stabilization policies for the City of Albany.

What to expect:
  • Dedicated time to share your thoughts and suggestions on tenant protection measures before City Council
  • Public comment will be incorporated into an advisory report evaluating potential local tenant protection measures that will be presented to City Council in early 2026.

Visit the Meetings & Agendas page for more information once the City Council meeting agenda has been posted.
