Albany Residents! Ready to clean out your closet in a sustainable way?

The City of Albany, WM, and Goodwill are working together to bring textile collection to your curb on the week of September 22-26.

Here’s how to use the service:

• Gather new, gently used, torn, ripped, or stained clothing, socks, fabric, fabric curtains, towels, linens, bedding, pillows, and scarves
• Place items in bags no larger than 35-gallon and set them out on your regular collection day (between Sept. 22-26)
• Tie your bags and label them “WM Textiles.”
