Join us for the Homeowners & Tenants Resource Fair, a free community event designed to connect residents with valuable local services and resources for renters and homeowners.
The evening will feature City departments and community organizations offering support with planning and building, utilities, home repair, legal assistance, heat pump rebates, safety services and much more. Come get your questions answered and learn about resources that support your home and community.
A special highlight of the evening is a presentation by ECHO Housing from 6:30-7:00 p.m. for both renters and property owners on Albany’s rent review ordinance and landlord/tenant services.
Free pizza, refreshments and a complimentary gift provided to all guests.
Local organizations will be tabling from 6-8pm*.
