Dog Park Grand Reopening Celebration

On April 30th, the City celebrated the grand reopening of its Dog Park at Memorial Park. The Albany Dog Park officially reopened on February 21st with new additions installed, including a new sidewalk along Carmel Avenue, a new entrance with a holding area, a new small dog area, a new bottle filler, new benches, trees and other amenities. Irrigation and drainage improvements were also completed. This project was made possible by the Prop 68 Recreational Infrastructure Revenue Enhancement grant program.
