9/11 First Responders Memorial Stair Climb

Last week, City of Albany first responders, including members of our Police and Fire Departments, came together for a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in remembrance of the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Together, our public safety team climbed a total of 110 floors, honoring the first responders who climbed the stairs of the World Trade Center on 9/11. The event provided an opportunity for our first responders and staff to come together in remembrance, reflection, and unity as we honored the courage and sacrifice of those who served that day.
