Last Saturday, the City celebrated another successful 4th of July in the Park, while also commemorating the 250th anniversary of our nation's independence. It was a wonderful day filled with live entertainment, family activities, delicious food, and the opportunity for friends, neighbors, and families to come together in celebration.

This event would not have been possible without the tremendous support of our community. We extend our sincere thanks to:

  • Our talented performers for providing outstanding entertainment throughout the day.
  • Our fantastic food vendors for serving delicious meals and treats.
  • The Albany Chamber of Commerce for continuing its wonderful tradition of providing free ice cream to our community.
  • The many volunteers, community partners, and City staff whose dedication and hard work made the event possible.
  • And, most importantly, everyone in our community who chose to spend part of their Independence Day celebrating with us.

Thank you for helping make this year's celebration another memorable community tradition. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
