Homeowners & Tenants Resource Fair

The Homeowners & Tenants Resource Fair took place last Tuesday, August 18 at the Albany Community Center. The free event featured 20 city departments and local agencies and connected residents with valuable local services and resources for homeowners and renters.

Nearly 100 community members attended and had the opportunity to get their questions answered about planning and building, utilities, mosquito abatement, home repair assistance, safety services, and more. ECHO Housing presented on the City’s Rent Review Ordinance and services available to both landlords and tenants in Albany.

Both residents and agencies were able to share information, connect with each other and enjoy free refreshments throughout the evening.
